Original C4 Chassis with “Floating Power” engine, gearbox and suspension.
Special cabriolet body built from photos as the original car no longer exists.
The car is being built by Ian McDonald at I.M.A.D.E. in Suffolk. Ian McDonald Automobile Design & Engineering build and prepare cars for Classic and Historic Racing. Best known for the Peerless that he and Celia have raced at Le Mans several times, at Angoulême, Nurburgring and also in the UK, as well as the Warwick GT 350 Ian built last year. Currently in his workshop, amongst others, he has a Lotus Cortina and a Ford Anglia for rebuild and race preparation.
